CEO and Managing Director
With over 25 years in manufacturing and management, Allen is a decisive leader with sound judgment to overcome complex challenges associated with day-to-day business operations. He is a pivotal contributor to the business and financial planning of the company. Allen’s experiences include manufacturing, management, marketing, human resources, business development, sales, product development, training, and IT. He is a skilled team builder. Allen has a Master’s Degree in Executive Management and is well-versed in general law and contract negotiations.
Rafael Ardila

Quality
Manager
Rafael is a Mechanical Engineer and Certified Quality Manager by the American Society for Quality (ASQ). With rich quality experience at Yamaha Motor and Relli Technology, Rafael leads our Quality Management Team. Rafael never releases a design or product to the world without a thorough review and approval. Rafael is our AS9100 Management Representative and our IPC certified trainer for IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-610 standards.
Alex Chernyavsky

Leading Technology Officer
Alex is our CTO and the leading technology authority at the company. He is a talented Electrical & Electronics Engineer who, for the past 20 years, has specialized in Power Electronics and Power Conversion. With diverse experience from TDK-Lambda, Alex is knowledgeable in R&D, associated QA, highly experienced in validation processes including Electrical, EMI/EMC, Safety and Reliability, Military Standards for Ground, Sea, and Airborn Applications.
Ami Pelzman

Director of Engineering
Ami is a 20 year veteran in Power Electronic Design, Development, and Manufacturing. With extensive experience at TDK-Lambda, he specializes in Commercial, Medical, and Programmable Power Supplies and Converters. He has vast experience in accommodating many customers in build-to-print programs, custom applications, and ruggedizing existing, off-the-shelf products to fit a harsh or military environment. Ami is a quality minded, creative professional with many years of quality management experience.
Maxim Gorbachev

Founder and Chairman of the Board
Max is the Founder and the Chairman of OHM Americas. He is a serial entrepreneur, business consultant, and an international business developer. Max has financed and developed multiple companies and has formed lucrative business partnerships with top business people worldwide. He is well known for starting, growing, and developing successful businesses and products. With more than 20 years of business expertise, Max helps companies scale revenue, optimize sales and marketing processes, and improve productivity. Max prefers to work with companies that solve real-world problems and offer real-world products. He is currently active in the Military Defence Industry and serves as an executive adviser to several privately-held companies, as well as small new technology and real estate ventures.
