QUALITY CENTRIC = CUSTOMER CENTRIC | Most of the products we make at OHM Americas power the Class 3, lifesaving, devices. Because our converters and power supplies are at the heart of any product, the quality, field reliability, and product life become foundational principals for our design and production. Exactly for this reason our products meet IPC-A-630 requirements and our employees are IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and IPC J-STD-001 Certified Specialists. But we go even a step further: some of our employees hold Trainers’ Certifications for IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and IPC J-STD-001. With trainers on our staff, the “quality process” acquires a totally different meaning. Our employees have a reliable source to answer all quality-related questions and the onboarding of any new associate becomes simple and quick. We do not rely on a 30-day exemption, any new employee is IPC trained as soon as they enter our workforce and are certified and qualified to begin working on assemblies.
